2. To start a transaction, put in the card in the card slot. Make sure you put in the card with the arrow pointing forward. The indicator light will turn green then orange.
3. Once it is orange, remove the card and put in your secret pin number.
4. Select the transaction you want to do and continue by pressing proceed then select your account type.
5. For withdrawals there are two options:
• Fast Cash – Select the amount required from the menu and press proceed to continue.
• Other Amount – Enter the amount required and press proceed to continue
6. For Pin Change, put in your new four digit number. Put it again to confirm it. A message will appear on screen to confirm that the Pin has been changed.
7. For balance inquiry, select inquiry on the screen and press proceed. The account balance will be displayed on the screen and a receipt printed out.
8. For Mini Statement, select "Mini Statement" and press the Proceed button. The mini statement will be printed out.
Tips
Always ensure that you hear a beeping sound when you press a button on the ATM.

If you make a mistake and want to correct it, press the "Correction" button to start again.

If you want to stop a transaction, press the "Cancel" button.
USING PESA POINT ATMS

2. Select your preferred language.
3. Once it is orange, remove the card and put in your secret pin number.
4. Select the transaction you want to do and continue by pressing Proceed.
5. If the Amount that you wish to withdraw is not displayed on the screen then select OTHER AMOUNT and key in the amount you wish to withdraw then continue by pressing "Proceed".
6. After the transaction, pick your money from the dispenser located beneath the key pad of the ATM.
